PLASTICMART offers FREE curbside delivery on all orders over $100 and more within the contiguous United States. On small items, this includes a no signature required, parcel delivery from UPS, FEDEX and USPS. For larger items, a signature is required. Curbside delivery is made outside of the home usually at the curb with the crate or box put on the curb or driveway. There is no removal of any packing material or crates included. You will be called ahead of time to set up the delivery so please make the appointment. Any additional waiting time additions are your responsibility.
If you want to upgrade to white glove delivery that is available at an additional charge. Stair carry for up to 1 flight of stairs and 2 person in-room placement with packaging and debris removal.
Returns/Refund Policy
All retail items can be exchanged or returned with in 7 days of purchase. Unless other arrangements are, or have been, made with the Seller before returning the item or items, all goods ordered in error by the Customer, or goods the Customer wishes to return, are subject to a restock fee. The restock fee is 25% of the original invoice value of the goods.
Item must be returned in the same condition that it was sold as.
Custom fabricated items are non refundable or cancelable after cutting.
